i oppose the regulator action discribed in NOIRA additonal daily supervisor rate structure please stop this it will only hurt the children

everything  cost more at this time food, clothing and shelter what will the cuts let face it the cuts in funding accomplish only one thing hurt the children,

children are the future of our society in time the cuts will effect society for the worse
