The Coalition for Students with Disabilities is comprised of groups and individuals from across the Commonwealth.  Many in the Coalition are parents of special needs children and youth. While I am not a member, I support the detailed and serious concerns presented by this group. I would encourage the administration, the VA DOE, and the Board to take another look at the proposed regulations. Let's not take away the rights of special needs individuals and families in the schools.
