Keep the Developmentally Delayed label until age 9

The DD label needs to be extended to age 9! If you cut the age limit to 6 years old you dramatically limit the time that educators and other professionals need to provide strategies/interventions that specifically target each childs unique learning needs. Please give our children every opportunity to develop and receive a strong educational foundation because it will impact them for the rest of their lives.
