Please ensure that they do not lower the age from 9 to 6 for help for children that are developmentally delayed.  The years from 6 to 9 are very important to ensure that all cases are thoroughly recognized, studied and needs met for the children.  Thank you, a Grandmother of a Developmentally delayed child
