Keep Developmentally Delayed Age Label to 9

I am a concerned Virginia resident and I want to see the DD label extended to age 9.  Kids develop at different ages and cutting the age limit off at 6 will prevent some children from getting the appropriate assistance they need to be successful in school and later in life. In the long run, it could end up costing the state more to educate.  Three years can make a HUGE difference in a child's life.

Sincerely,

Laura Seyler
