My daughter is in tenth grade at a public high school. she is academically gifted and has always received excellent grades.  recently she suffered a trauma which launched a major depression and it has been recommended by her doctors that she get classified and attend an alternative school.  how will a classification of emotionally disturbed affect her college admissions process
