All small business owners need to stand and fight against the proposed regulations.  In order to keep your license as an installer you have to of installed 36 systems in the last 3 years.  The number of systems installed should not be a requirement , it should be your knowledge and your ability to install the system correctly.  The one requirement alone will put many small business in the Commonwealth out of business.
