This legislation is getting away from the mission of public health.  In the future as the demand for public services increases due to onsite issues this moment in time will be one to reflect on.

Greed is playing to much of a factor limiting the honest tradesmen in the guise of professional enhancement.  The contracting community and onsite maintenance operation aspects of these regs are blantantly abused by the money seekers. 

Without checks on the private sector you are building a system that rewards the bad actors. And, the future need of public services will rise due to the increasing latitude afforded the private sector onsite designers.

All the while the cost of owning a home in VA is going up!
