Overall this group is in support of the licensure requirement for all onsite industry professionals.  The mechanism for the transition, however, is faulty, cumbersome, and creates undue burden for existing, experienced VDH onsite staff.  We are in support of comments made previously by Micheal Campbell of the Henrico Health Department on 2/12/09. 

Additional concerns of the group were noted as liability issues, compensation and recognition.  All of which will, hopefully, be addressed as this process moves forward.  Overall feeling was a lack of representation of those currently working in the field.
