I noticed that the qualifications for licensure for installers and evaluators requires the submission of prior work but that operators do not need to submit prior work for entry.  The board should have the same requirements for its licensees.  If installers and evaluators must submit 36 documents of their prior work, then operators (alternative, wastewater, and waterworks) should do the same.
