     Colonial Downs needs all the tools necessary to suceed. The historical racing machines should not have an unnecessary small limit on the numbers of them. The state of Virginia also needs to move into the twenty-first century and legalize slot machines as well as sports betting as loads of money will leave Virginia for Maryland, West Virginia, and Delaware.
