I urge you to please slow down. The idea that 3,000 machines is still not enough to make Colonial Downs successful is outrageous. You must do all you can to reduce that number.  Kentucky has less than 2,000 machines and Virginia wants more?  This is NOT about horse racing, don't be fooled.  You are about the first casino in Virginia without the proper enforcement or knowledge of how these new machines really work.  I think a casino would be a great idea for this state, but and OTB in a low rent parts of town across the state is not the way to go about it.  What Virginia needs is a great destination that will acatually generate real income and jobs for the future-not the short term.  Please do what you can to limit the number of slot machines--these are NOT just historial racing terminals.
