Dear Sirs,

I stongly support rules and regulations that will lead to reopening Colonial Downs, boosting Virginia'a economy with millions of dollars in tax revenue, restoring the rich tradition of the industry and creating hundreds, maybe thousands of jobs.  It is also nice to see the transparency with which the process has unfolded.  Thank you for providing a forum for public input and lets keep these jobs, tax revenue and tradition in Virginia!
