I am writing to urge you to vote yes for Pro-horse racing regulations so that horse racing and Colonial Downs will be successful for many years to come. Colonial Downs operation success will be a Positive for New Kent County as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia. I urge you to vote for pro-racing regulations and no limitations on number of machines or anything that would prove to have negative affect on its operational success.
