Pro-Business regulations that will support the reopening of colonial downs will provide opportunities for the entire commonwealth.  This approval could spearhead other in state projects that are on the cusp of happening and could alter not only local city economics but further increase much needed funding for our VA public school systems across the entire state.  The strikle down effect for other jobs would be a huge much needed boost to this area as well as open the opportunity for the further projects and further growth of the commonwealth.
