I write to express my delight that Colonial Downs may reopen. I live about 2 miles from the racetrack on hwy 155 and found that the New Kent sheriff's department and the highway arrangement did not produce the congestion many of us had feared. Indeed I became so pleased with the track I leased a table during its early existence (although never betted more than a couple of dollars). I simply loved watching those beautiful horses. Thus I write my support and delight about its possible restoration. I hope I can get another table!
