I am in favor of pro-business regulations to support the reopening of Colonial Downs and the potential economic growth that will come from Virginia historical horse racing. The success of Colonial Downs will not only benefit New Kent county, but the entire commonwealth. Local government's throughout the state are in need of new revenue sources, and this is a great opportunity for the state to help them.
