Under experience, I have a question, Some AOSE firms in the state have induvidulas who work for them who specialize in the preparation of AOSE packages and inspection of installed draifnields.  Some may even do field layouts of drainfields for installation.  These people have no experience in the evaluation procedure of soils for the purpose of delineating an onsite sewage disposal system.  Yet after there work requirement they will be eligable to become an COSE or AOSE. 

Reccommend a change to state "Experience also means the time spent under direct supervision of an authorized onsite soil evaluator, evaluting soils"
