I am in favor of pro-business regulations to support the reopening Colonial Downs and the potential economic growth that will come from Virginia historical horse racing. The success of Colonial Downs will not only benefit New Kent county, but the entire Commonwealth. This Commonwealth has a storied equestrian tradition of horse racing, and future generations deserve to experience this unique pastime.
