I strongly support the re-opening of Colonial Downs. I would hope that the Commission looks at the expansion of Colonial Downs racing season to include a short steeple chase meet and would look at the the possibility of opening VA to legalized quarter horse  pari mutual betting. My feeling is that  a one to two week season for quarter horse racing would be a viable expansion of the track use.
