The re-opening of Colonial Downs should be applauded. The economic impact is far reaching. Not only to New Kent County but to surrounding counties and cities. One of the largest benefits is new, decent paying jobs. I believe the residents of Virginia would appreciate and support a new avenue of entertainment.
