TI support horse racing in the Commonwealth of Virginia!  This industry has an historical place in Virginia, the birth place of super horse “Secretariat”.   I am a professional horseplayer, a member in the NHC ( National Horseplayers Championship) and upset by the fact that Colonial Downs closed in the first place.  We need common sense regulations to fully support a successful future of horse racing in my Virginia.
