Please note my strong support for the return of racing at Colonial Downs and for regulatory flexibility that will allow the industry to grow.  Thanks to the hard work of many, VA's equine industry is beginning to rebound and it's important to maintain that momentum for the long haul so individuals will stay invested in the Commonwealth.  Given the many of people who are employed in this industry and collective economic impact, it's important to promote Virginia's horse industry to the fullest extent.  Thank you.
