Please work to bring back live horse racing to Colonial Downs.  Revolution Racing is doing their part to revive this activity.  We need legislation to bolster their lead and weave together the facility off Interstate 64, Exit 214 and the other Virginia horse racing organizations in a cohesive and complementary way.
