As an avid horse racing fan in Virginia I would very much like to see live thoroughbred and harness racing return to Colonial Downs.  The venue at Colonial Downs is perfect for these activities and nightly racing would bring a tremendous economic benefit to the area.  I would much rather wager my money within the state then continuously travel to Charles Town, Pimlico, and occasionally Dover to participate in a sport I enjoy so much.

Please pass a packet of pro-horse racing regulations that make racing in Virginia possible again.
