Im writing to say that Colonial Downs needs to have the support of all of us in the State of Va  whose business’s will be aided by the return of a successful Colonial Downs ,bolstered by Historic Racing ,something that has proved very successful in Kentucky.Hay growers,straw sellers,tractor dealers,land preservationists ,veterinarians will all benefit from a revitalized Colonial not to mention horse breeders who have watched their business nearly disappear over the last 20 years.Let them have more than adequate numbers of machines to foster the early success of Colonial and bolster purse revenue for live racing,P
