The opening of the Colonial Downs and OTBs represents jobs, tax revenue and support of the AG as well as horse industries. I support them and hope the regulators help and not hurt the industry.

Neighboring states are taking our tax dollars because we can’t compete with the current conditions. Wee need to keep the revenues and tax dollars in the Commonwealth.
