To Whom it may concern

As a breeder of thoroughbreds and a co-owner of horses racing I would love to see horse racing come back to our state. When Colonial Downs was open we attended almost everyday to support Virgina. It's sad to think the state that bred Secratariat doen't actully have live horse racing. PLease bring it back!
