I own property in Charles City County and know that the return of the track in New Kent will contribute to the growth and development of Charles City as well. The track is critical piece of our economy. I could not be more excited about its return and the broad impact that could have on Virginia.  We are asking that you put in place regulations that allow the track and horse racing to grow and succeed in the years to come. The results will be real jobs and critically needed tax revenue for New Kent, Charles City and beyond. Please do not stand in the way of this expansion and excitment.  Lets keep our residents and revenue in Virginia.
