To Whom It May Concern,

I'm a betting man and I've been responsibly betting on horses for two decades. The problem is I have to constantly travel to West Virginia, Delaware, Kentucky and Pennsylvania to be able to to enjoy competitive horse racing. Each time I do this, I am giving money to another State as I travel. I would love to be able to enjoy my weekends right here in Virginia! Support Historic Horseracing!
