The historic machines are a great idea for Virginia.  As a longtime resident of the City of Richmond, I am in full support of the off track betting facility and the slot like machines that are proposed for the Southside.  We need more tax revenue to assist with our schools and infrastructure. This is a great way to increase tourism and support our great City.
