Virginia Poultry Federation supports the proposed changes as an improvement over the existing regulation.  The changes will make the regulation more practical and feasible to implement and more consistent with the state-industry poultry disease task force's avian inluenza prevention and rapid response plan than the existing regulation.  Please let me know if you need any additional information.  Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
