I am a registered nurse in the state of Virginia. I am proud of my name and proud to be a Registered Nurse. I support this amendment but feel the nurse ID should allow for the option to use your last intial or full last name at each idividual nurse's discretion. I feel I should be able to use my full name if I choose.
