I was gratified by the recent Supreme Court decision declaring restrictions on women's health care facilities in Texas unconstitutional.  Now it's time to remove similar unnecessary and burdensome restrictions in Virginia.  They do nothing but put obstacles in the path of a woman's choice for the services she decides are in her best interest. They show no respect for women and their ability and right to decide.  They only serve as a ruse to advance a political point of view in the name of safety. Please take action to challenge these restrictions in Virginia.
