These regulations are medically unnecessary

I write in support of amending the currect regulations on abortion facilities. These regulations are medically unnecessary and do nothing to advance women's health. In fact, they make it harder for clinics to stay open and make it more difficult for women to access the care they need. The Supreme Court has just ruled in the Whole Women's Health decision against regulations similar to these. Amending these regulations will reflect the reasoning in that decision and help protect a woman's constitutionally guaranteed choice, whether that means carrying the pregnancy to term or terminating it. Amend the regulations and remove these medically unnecessary restrictions.
