Virginians look to the Board of Health to regulate any and all facilities that provide care to women in Virginia. Many are pleased with the regulations that have protected women from infections, and other negative consequences that can and do occur at abortion facilities.  If the Board is responsible for the Health and Safey of women, then it behooves them to keep the regulations. Afterall, even the ear-piercing kiosks in malls are state regulated. 

Women deserve protection!
