Abortion Facilities in Virginia should be held to the same high standards for safety and health as other medical facilties in our Commonwealth because they are medical facilities.  The regulations are necessary to assure the safety of women. Self regulation should not be an option, as these facilites do not have a positive record for self-regulation..
