The Supreme Court spoke today, in a 5-3 decision, that the "safety regulations" put in place by the State of Texas, not unlike those put in place by Virginia's General Assembly, place an undue burden on a woman's right to choose, which right has been protected since 1973. Virginia must heed the Court's decision posthaste and end this farce.
