Adding unnecessary regulations to clinics is obviously just another tactic to put barriers between women and legal abortions. Let's all stop pretending that forcing pregnant women to jump through outstanding hoops to legally terminate a pregnancy, in the hope they give or run out of resources before they succeed, is in the woman's best interest.
