As a 25 year tax paying resident of Virginia I strongly object to any regulatory measure that would in any way weaken the existing health regulations and oversight of abortion clinics.  It's disgusting the number of failures found by health inspectors in these clinics now, and the number of inspectors that miss obvious violations of good health care practices in these clinis. Are these inspectors simply poorly trained or are they told to purposfully miss or overlook many violations. The State legislators should crack down on this sloopy and incompentent run health care inspection function.
