This is designed solely for the purpose of restricting the already limited abortion laws in Virginia.  The fact that it is regulating places where abortions are provided gives the clue that the sponsor of this bill cares only about restriction.  There are many, many other ambulatory centers that provide even more invasive procedures and surgeries but this bill is targeting just one type of service.  

If protecting the health of Virginians is truly important, why not a review of rules and regulations for ALL ambulatory care places?  I hope you will not pass these rules but consider the women who need these services.
