THere should be no "watering down" for abortion centers who provide this service to women.  Their have been many reports of very unhealthy conditions at these places and they should be under the same survelience as any other medical facility that engages in doing this very dangerous work. Women deserve to be treated as though they were going to bring a child into the world, with all of the health conditions and sanitary conditions that would be required.
