The Virginia Board of Health has imposed discriminatory restrictions on women's health centers which are not based on medicine or science.  It is a shameful effort to economically shackle women to poverty.  A woman's ability to control whether or not she has a child determines the outcome of her entire life and depends on when and where she can access reproductive health education and services!  Women have a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to abortion and a HUMAN RIGHT to access healthcare for it.  STOP the SHAM!  Amend the restrictions and stop eliminating access to reproductive healthcare, and safe, legal abortion!
