I strongy disagree with any attempt to give "special privileges" the abortion providers.  The very least they should do is comply with the health and safety standards set for every other legitimate type of medical facility.  As they are already in the (money making) business of killing half the people who enter their facilities, how can they be trusted to care about the lives of the other half?  When some life becomes "cheap,"  all life becomes expendable.  Giving them a pass on safety standards is a guarantee that more than half will die.
