I  am asking that you reject and do not adopt the changes. It will undo a lot of the progress that has been made to better the safety standards that protection women from substandard abortion clinics. You would not want to have an operation at a hospital whoses operation standards have been reduced so why would you want to reduce the standards at an abortion clinic.
