Please preserve the Healthcare regulations as enacted and reject all ammendments.  To hold a medical clinic for women's health to the same standards as a hospital, surgery center or medical office is only common sense.  In the discussion of "self-regulation", if "Women's Health" was replaced by "Coal industry", there would not even be a conversation.  Why then should there be now when there are numerous documented instances of women needing hospital care after their abortion procedure leads to injury.  These regulations protect women, not infringe on their "rights".
