Do not change the Commonwealth's regulations on abortion clinics.  Too many so-called "Women's Health Clinics" get away with deceptive practices, unsanitary and unsafe conditions without competent oversight.  These proposed amendments will allow the clinics to self-regulate which can only lead to the misconduct we have already seen around the country and here in Viriginia within Fairfax County and at Virginia Beach; the last two only found because of the current regulatory regime.  Do not allow us to protect the next Kermit Gosnell.
