It is amazing that in the year 2016 a governor would be working to lessen the the safety of women in a medical facility. This is not a matter of "pro-life" or "pro-choice" but of protecting women. Where else in medicine would this be allowed? There are regulations in place to make sure patients are properly cared for while receiving medical care. Why would Governor McAuliffe push to change this and put women of Virginia in an unsafe and possibly life-threatening situation? This has to stop! The goal of government should be the safety and protection of it's citizens not pandering to special interest or big business.
