I, as a resident of Virginia, am strongly opposed to the proposed amendments to the Health and Safety Regulations passed to better monitor the well being of women that use services at Planned Parenthood. The blatant disregard for human life, that of mother's and babies can not be rewarded by allowing these centers to regulate themselves. Such a proposal not only lacks common sense but assumes the people of Virginia don't really care about this issue. I not only choose to be informed about the issues but am watching very closely who the politicians are that try to disregard my voice in this matter. Let us stand together to protect the lives of women. Their hearts and minds as well as their bodies.
