Abortion centers are not able to self regulate.  Independent inspectors contiually find heath and safety violations, even on pre-annouced visits.  The closing of a Fairfax County abotion facility for 26 violations proves this point.  Because abortion facilities say they provide health care, they should be subjrct to the same regulations as other health care centers and providers.  These regulations need to be strengthened not weakened.  Virginia women deserve nothing less.  Their health and safety is paramount.  This is true no matter where you stand on abortion.
